新课改下农村初中英语教师专业的发展的调查研究——以永嘉县为例的中期报告

本研究通过对永嘉县农村初中英语教师的问卷调查和深度访谈，调查研究了新课改下农村初中英语教师专业的发展。研究结果表明，永嘉县农村初中英语教师在新课改下面临许多挑战，包括教材质量不高、教学方法有限、教师教育学科知识不足等。但他们也采取了一系列措施应对这些挑战，如积极参加培训、自学教材、建立教研组织等。研究还发现，永嘉县农村初中英语教师专业发展的不足主要是由于教师教育体系的不完善、培训机会有限等方面的原因。因此，研究建议加强教师教育和培训，提高教材质量，改进教学方法，建立完善的教研组织，以促进永嘉县农村初中英语教师专业的发展。

Abstract:
ThisstudyinvestigatedtheprofessionaldevelopmentofruraljuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersinYongjiaCountyunderthenewcurriculumreformthroughaquestionnairesurveyandin-depthinterviews.TheresultsshowedthatruraljuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersinYongjiaCountyfacedmanychallengesunderthenewcurriculumreform,includingpoorqualityofteachingmaterials,limitedteachingmethods,andinsufficientsubjectknowledgeofteachereducation.However,theyalsotookaseriesofmeasurestodealwiththesechallenges,suchasactivelyparticipatingintraining,self-studyingteachingmaterials,andestablishingteachingandresearchorganizations.ThestudyalsofoundthatthelackofprofessionaldevelopmentofruraljuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersinYongjiaCountyismainlyduetotheimperfectteachereducationsystemandlimitedtrainingopportunities.Therefore,thestudysuggeststhateffortsshouldbemadetostrengthenteachereducationandtraining,improvethequalityofteachingmaterials,reformteachingmethods,andestablishasoundteachingandresearchorganizationtopromotetheprofessionaldevelopmentofruraljuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersinYongjiaCounty.
