阿卡波糖干预治疗糖耐量异常的临床效果[摘要]目的探讨阿卡波糖干预治疗糖耐量异常的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年2月～2013年2月收治的糖耐量异常患者共86例。采用随机双盲法将其分成两组对照组43例给予安慰剂治疗研究组43例给予阿卡波糖干预治疗比较两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果研究组患者23例显效16例有效4例无效；对照组19例显效12例有效12例无效研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P[关键词]阿卡波糖；干预治疗；糖耐量异常；双盲研究[中图分类号]R977.1+5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0120-03ClinicaleffectsofacarboseintheinterventionandtreatmentofabnormalglucosetoleranceGAOHong-yanOutpatientPharmacyMaternalandChildHealthCareHospitalofYuanhuiDistrictinLuoheCityofHenanProvinceLuohe462000China[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectsofacarboseintheinterventionandtreatmentofabnormalglucosetolerance.Methods86patientswithabnormalglucosetolerancewhoadmittedtoourhospitalfromFebruary2012toFebruary2013wereselected.Thedouble-blindedrandomizedmethodwasappliedandthepatientsweredividedintotwogroups.43patientsinthecontrolgroupweregivenplaceboforthetreatmentand43patientsintheresearchgroupweregiventheinterventionandtreatmentofacarbose.Clinicaleffectsandsafetybetweenthetwogroupsofpatientswerecomparedandanalyzed.Results23patientsintheresearchgroupweresignificantlyeffective16patientswereeffectiveand4patientswereineffective；19patientsinthecontrolgroupweresignificantlyeffective12patientswereeffectiveand12patientswereineffective.Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheresearchgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（P[Keywords]Acarbose；Interventionandtreatment；Abnormalglucosetolerance；Double-blindedstudy近几年来糖尿病逐渐成为危害人类生命健康的第三大疾病[1]。糖耐量异常是指人体对葡萄糖的耐受能力异常患者分泌胰岛素作用存在缺陷出现血管病变极易诱发2型糖尿病[2-3]尤其是诱发各种并发症对心、脑、肾等血管造成严重损害[4-5]。阿卡波糖作为一种新型的口服降糖药主要在肠道内对葡萄糖苷水解酶发挥竞争性抑制作用降低多糖分解蔗糖为葡萄糖减缓相应糖的吸收故可以使血糖下降。一般单用或与其他口服降血糖药、胰岛素合用配合餐饮治疗胰岛素依赖型或非依赖型糖尿病。为进一步探讨有效治疗措施我院实施阿卡波糖干预治疗糖耐量异常的随机双盲研究旨在为临床治疗提供参考依据。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取我院2012年2月～2013年2月收治的糖耐量异常患者86例。诊断标准：7.8mmol/L
