TheRelationshipbetweenVocabularyKnowledgeandReadingComprehension Vocabularyknowledgeandreadingcomprehensionareinterrelated.Adeepervocabularyknowledgecanleadtobetterreadingcomprehension.Themorevocabularyoneknows,themorewordstheycanrecognizeinwrittentexts.This,inturn,increasestheirunderstandingofthetext.Additionally,itisimportanttounderstandthedifferenttypesofvocabularyknowledgebecausespecifictypesofvocabularyknowledgearemorerelevanttoreadingcomprehensionthanothers.
