Methodology: ThesurveywasconductedamongasampleofjuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersfromvariousschools.Aquestionnairewasdesignedtocollectdataonthefrequency,types,andmethodsofteacherfeedbackusedintheirclassrooms.Thesurveyalsoexaminedtheteachers'perceptionsoftheeffectivenessoftheirfeedbackpracticesandthechallengestheyfaceinprovidingfeedback. ResultsandDiscussion: 1.FrequencyofFeedback: Thesurveyfoundthatthemajorityofteachersprovidedfeedbackonaregularbasis.Approximately60%ofteachersreportedgivingfeedbackoneveryassignment,whiletheremaining40%providedfeedbackatleastonceaweek.Thisindicatesthatteachersrecognizetheimportanceofcontinuousfeedbacktosupportstudentprogress. 2.TypesofFeedback: Thesurveyrevealedthatteachersuseavarietyoffeedbacktypestocatertothediverseneedsoftheirstudents.Themostcommontypeoffeedbackreportedwascorrectivefeedback,whichfocusesonidentifyingandcorrectingerrors.Thiswasfollowedbypraiseandencouragement,whichhelpsmotivatestudentsandreinforcepositivebehaviors. 3.MethodsofFeedback: Thesurveyexploredthemethodsteachersusetodeliverfeedbacktotheirstudents.Themajorityofteachersreportedprovidingfeedbackinwrittenform,eitherhandwrittenonstudents'papersorthroughdigitalplatforms.Additionally,someteachersengagedinverbalfeedback,offeringindividualorwhole-classfeedbackduringclassdiscussionsorone-on-oneconferences.Theuseoftechnology,suchasaudioorvideorecordings,wasreportedbyasmallnumberofteachers. 4.EffectivenessofFeedback: Teachersgenerallyperceivedtheirfeedbackpracticestobeef
