Methods: Thisresearchstudyadoptsaqualitativeapproachandemployssemi-structuredinterviewsastheprimarydatacollectionmethod.ThesampleconsistsoffiveoutstandingjuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersselectedthroughpurposivesampling.Eachteacherisinterviewedindividually,followingastandardizedinterviewguide.Theinterviewsarerecorded,transcribed,andanalyzedusingthematicanalysis.Theresearchaimstoexaminecommonthemesemergingfromtheinterviewsregardingfeedbackstrategiesutilizedbytheseexemplaryteachers. FindingsandDiscussion: ThefindingsofthisstudyrevealedseveralkeyfeedbackstrategiesemployedbyoutstandingjuniorhighschoolEnglishteachers: 1.FrequentandTimelyFeedback:Theseteachersprovidefeedbacktostudentsregularly,bothduringclassactivitiesandafterassignments.Theyensurethatfeedbackisgivenpromptly,allowingstudentstoreflectonitandimplementnecessarychanges. 2.SpecificandConcreteFeedback:Theexceptionalteachersprovidespecificandconcretefeedbackthatfocusesonparticularaspectsofstudents'performance.Theyhighlightbothstrengthsandareasforimprovement,usingexamplestoclearlyillustratetheirpoints. 3.IndividualizedFeedback:Theseteachersprovidepersonalizedfeedback,addressingeachstudent'suniqueneedsandabilities.Theyrecognizethatstudentslearnatdifferentpacesandtailortheirfeedbacktocatertoindividuallearningstyles. 4.Goal-OrientedFeedback:Theoutstandingteachershelpstudentssetachievablegoalsandprovidefeedbackthataidsint
