浅议无砟轨道轨道板精调测量技术 Title:AnOverviewofBallastlessTrackSlabFineAdjustmentMeasurementTechnology Abstract: Thispaperaimstoprovideanoverviewandanalysisofthefineadjustmentmeasurementtechnologyusedinballastlesstrackslabs.Theballastlesstracksystemhasgainedpopularityduetoitssuperiorperformanceandadvantagesovertraditionalballastedtracks.However,theaccurateandprecisemeasurementoftrackslabparameters,suchasalignment,elevation,andcurvature,iscrucialforensuringthesafeandefficientoperationoftheballastlesstracksystem.Thispaperwilldiscussvariousmeasurementtechniquesemployedforfineadjustment,includinglaserscanning,totalstation,andinertialmeasurementunits(IMUs)amongothers.Theadvantages,limitations,andfutureprospectsofthesetechnologieswillalsobeexplored. 1.Introduction: Ballastlesstrackslabshavebecomeincreasinglypopularinmodernrailwayconstructionduetoseveraladvantages,includingreducedmaintenance,increasedstability,andimprovedridequality.However,thesuccessofballastlesstracksdependsontheaccuratealignment,elevation,andcurvatureofthetrackslabs.Thefineadjustmentmeasurementtechniquesplayavitalroleinachievingtheseobjectives. 2.MeasurementTechniques: 2.1LaserScanning: Laserscanninghasgainedpopularityduetoitsnon-contactnatureandhighaccuracy.Thistechniqueinvolvestheuseofalaserscannertocapturealargenumberofpoints,whicharethenconvertedintoa3Dmodelforanalysis.Laserscanningprovidesacomprehensiveanalysisofthetrackslab,includinghorizontalandverticaldeviations.Thistechniqueishighlyefficient,butitmaybeaffectedbyenvironmentalfactorssuchasdust,temperature,andvibrations. 2.2TotalStation: Totalstationisacommonlyusedtraditionalsurveyingtoolfortrackalignmentsandelevations.Itconsistsofanelectronictheodoliteandadistancemeter.Totalstationsofferhighaccuracyandprecision,makingthemsuitableforfineadjustmentmeasurement.However,themeasurementprocessistime-consumingandlabor-intensivecomparedtolaserscanning. 2.3InertialMeasurementUnits(IMUs): IMUsareportabledevicesthatuseaccelerometersandgyroscopestomeasuretheaccelerationan
