职前英语教师实习前后教师身份认同的研究 Title:ResearchonPre-serviceEnglishTeachers'IdentityasTeachersbeforeandafterInternship Introduction: Theroleofidentityasateacheriscrucialinshapingtheeffectivenessandsuccessofeducators.Pre-serviceteachers,inparticular,undergoacomplexprocessoftransitioningfromstudentstoteachers.Thisresearchaimstoexaminethechangesintheidentityofpre-serviceEnglishteachersbeforeandaftertheirinternship,providinginsightsintotheimpactofpracticalteachingexperiencesontheirprofessionaldevelopment. 1.BackgroundandSignificance: a)TeachingasaProfession:Teachingisanobleprofessionthatrequiresastrongcommitmenttostudentgrowthanddevelopment.Prensky(2011)arguesthatastrongidentityasateacherisessentialforteacherstoeffectivelyfulfilltheirresponsibilities. b)Pre-serviceTeacherEducation:Pre-serviceteachereducationprogramsplayavitalroleinpreparingindividualstobecometeachers.Theseprogramsincludetheoreticalcoursesandpracticalexperiencessuchasinternships. c)TheImportanceofIdentity:Numerousstudieshaveshownthatthedevelopmentofateacher'sidentitysignificantlyinfluencestheirteachingpracticesandengagementinprofessionallearning(Beijaardetal.,2000;Woodsetal.,2021). 2.Methodology: a)Participants:Thestudywillinvolveasampleofpre-serviceEnglishteachersataselecteduniversity.Theparticipantswillincludebothmalesandfemales. b)DataCollection:Theresearchwillemployamixed-methodapproach.Surveys,interviews,andreflectivejournalswillbeusedtogatherdatabeforeandaftertheinternshipperiod. c)DataAnalysis:Thequalitativedatawillbeanalyzedthematically,identifyingcommonthemesandpatternsintheparticipants'responses.Thequantitativedatawillbeanalyzedusingdescriptivestatisticstomeasurechangesinidentitydimensions. 3.FindingsandDiscussion: a)Pre-internshipIdentity:Thestudywillexplorethepre-serviceEnglishteachers'perceptionsandattitudestowardteachingasaprofession.Itwillexaminetheirmotivationtobecometeachers,foundationalbeliefs,andinitialunderstandingofteachingpractices. b)Post-internshipIdentity:Theresearchwillinvestigatechangesinth
