Introduction: Intoday'scomplexandcompetitivebusinessenvironment,organizationsareincreasinglyrecognizingtheimportanceoffosteringpositiveemployeebehaviorsthatgobeyondtheirformaljobdescriptions.Thesebehaviors,knownasorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviors(OCB),cansignificantlycontributetoanorganization'seffectivenessandsuccess.Authenticleadership,ontheotherhand,hasgainedsignificantattentionasaneffectiveleadershipapproachthatemphasizesself-awareness,transparency,andgenuineinterpersonalconnections.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenauthenticleadershipandOCB,exploringhowauthenticleadershipcaninfluenceandpromoteOCBamongemployees.
