MotivationinTeaching: Motivationisakeyfactorthatdrivesteacherstoexcelintheirprofession.ThestudyseekstoexplorethevariousfactorsthatmotivatehighschoolEnglishteacherstoworkdiligently.Themotivationsmayincludepersonalexperiences,intrinsicorextrinsicfactors,careerdevelopment,andthedesiretomakeapositiveimpactonstudents'lives.Byunderstandingthesefactors,educationalinstitutionscandevelopstrategiestoattractandretainmotivatedteachers. TeachingBeliefs: Teachers'beliefsformthefoundationoftheirinstructionalpractices,impactingstudentlearningoutcomes.ThisresearchaimstouncoverthecoreteachingbeliefsheldbyhighschoolEnglishteachers.Theinvestigationwillfocusonareassuchastheimportanceofstudent-centeredlearning,theroleoflanguageimmersion,thesignificanceofculturalunderstanding,andtheintegrationoftechnologyintheEnglishlanguageclassroom.Identifyingthesebeliefswillassistincreatingasupportiveenvironmentthatalignswithteachers'philosophies.
