非英语专业大学生词汇学习策略和产出性词汇知识的调查研究 题目:非英语专业大学生词汇学习策略和产出性词汇知识的调查研究 摘要:词汇是语言学习的基础。然而对于非英语专业的大学生来说,在英语学习中面临的最大挑战之一就是词汇学习。本文通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,研究了非英语专业大学生的词汇学习策略和产出性词汇知识。结果表明,大多数被调查的学生使用了主动和社交交互策略,但缺乏更系统化和科学化的学习方法,例如词根词缀学习和语境学习。在词汇产出方面,大多数被调查的学生面临着一定的挑战,主要是语法问题和词汇选择问题。因此,本文建议,在词汇学习上,学生应该更加关注系统、科学,多样化的学习策略和与英语语言环境的互动。同时要注重词汇知识的产出,包括语法和语境的实践练习。 关键词:非英语专业大学生,词汇学习策略,产出性词汇知识 Introduction Vocabularylearningisessentialinlearningalanguage.However,fornon-Englishmajorcollegestudents,vocabularylearningisoneofthebiggestchallengesinEnglishlearning.Itisnotonlycrucialtoaccumulatealargenumberofwords,butalsotounderstandtheirmeaningandusethemaccurately.Therefore,itisnecessarytoexploreeffectivevocabularylearningstrategiesandproductivevocabularyknowledgeofnon-Englishmajorcollegestudents. LiteratureReview Researchhasshownthatvocabularylearningstrategiesarecrucialinlanguagelearning.Successfullanguagelearnersareusingavarietyofvocabularylearningstrategiessuchasusingabilingualdictionary,memorizationtechniques,orinferencingfromcontexttohelpthemacquirevocabulary(Oxford,1990).Inaddition,socialinteractionandactiveengagementinlearningarealsoimportantfactorsinvocabularyacquisition(Nation,2001). However,researchhasalsoshownthatnon-Englishmajorcollegestudentsoftenhavedifficultiesinvocabularylearning.Thisisbecausemanyofthemlacksystematicandscientificvocabularylearningmethodsanddonotusevocabularyinanauthenticlanguageenvironment(Chen&Tian,2010).Furthermore,non-Englishmajorcollegestudentsoftenlackproductivevocabularyknowledge,whichmeansdifficultiesinusingvocabularyincontextorgeneratingnewsentenceswiththelearnedwords(Webb&Rodgers,2009). Methodology Thisstudyaimstoexplorethevocabularylearningstrategiesandproductivevocabularyknowledgeofnon-Englishmajorcollegestudents.Thestudyusedamixed-methodsapproach,whichincludedquantitativeandqualitativemethods.
