基于符号互动论视角的医患关系研究--以南京某三甲医院调查为例的中期报告
摘要：
本研究基于符号互动论视角，以南京某三甲医院为调查对象，研究医患关系的现状与存在的问题。
通过问卷调查与深度访谈等方法，发现目前医患交流存在着信息不对称、沟通方式不合理、医患信任度不高等问题。其中，医疗资源分配不合理是导致医患信任度下降的主要原因之一。
研究发现，医患信任度的提高需要医患间的共同维护，医院应增加医疗资源的供应，提高医护人员的职业能力和素质，同时也需要加强患者对医疗知识的掌握和自我保健意识的提高，建立起患者与医护人员同等交流的良好环境。

Abstract:
Basedontheperspectiveofsymbolicinteractionism,thisstudyinvestigatesthecurrentstatusandexistingproblemsinthedoctor-patientrelationshipinatertiaryhospitalinNanjing.
Throughmethodssuchasquestionnairesurveysandin-depthinterviews,itwasfoundthatthereareproblemssuchasinformationasymmetry,impropercommunicationmethods,andlowtrustbetweendoctorsandpatientsincurrentmedicalcommunication.Amongthem,unreasonableallocationofmedicalresourcesisoneofthemainreasonsforthedecreaseindoctor-patienttrust.
Thestudyfoundthatimprovingdoctor-patienttrustrequiresjointmaintenancebetweendoctorsandpatients.Hospitalsshouldincreasethesupplyofmedicalresources,improvetheprofessionalcompetenceandqualityofmedicalstaff,andalsostrengthenpatients'understandingofmedicalknowledgeandself-careawareness,andestablishagoodenvironmentforequalcommunicationbetweenpatientsandmedicalstaff.
