中职生学习动机及其影响因素研究的中期报告 摘要: 本研究旨在探讨中职生学习动机及其影响因素。通过问卷调查和访谈,收集了来自不同学校和专业的400名中职生的数据。研究结果显示,中职生的学习动机主要受到个体因素、家庭因素和学校因素的影响。个体因素包括性别、年级、学业表现、自我概念和未来规划等因素;家庭因素包括家庭教育、家庭经济状况和家庭支持等因素;学校因素包括学校环境、课程设置和教师教学等因素。此外,研究还发现,中职生的学习动机与学业表现、未来规划和就业前景密切相关。 关键词:中职生;学习动机;影响因素 Abstract: Theaimofthisstudywastoexplorethelearningmotivationanditsinfluencingfactorsofsecondaryvocationalschoolstudents.Datawerecollectedfrom400secondaryvocationalschoolstudentsfromdifferentschoolsandmajorsthroughquestionnairesurveyandinterviews.Theresultsshowedthatthelearningmotivationofsecondaryvocationalschoolstudentswasmainlyinfluencedbyindividualfactors,familyfactors,andschoolfactors.Individualfactorsincludedgender,grade,academicperformance,self-concept,andfutureplanning,whilefamilyfactorsincludedfamilyeducation,familyeconomicstatus,andfamilysupport.Schoolfactorsincludedschoolenvironment,curriculumsettings,andteachers'teaching.Inaddition,thestudyalsofoundthatthelearningmotivationofsecondaryvocationalschoolstudentswascloselyrelatedtoacademicperformance,futureplanning,andemploymentprospects.
