Peopleonbothdietsdidequallywellinlosingweight.Aftertwoyears,theyhadlostonaverage7kilograms(justoverastone),ortheequivalentof7percentoftheirbodyweight.Thisamountofweightlossisenoughtohavepositiveeffectsonthehealthofoverweightpeople.
