优质护理用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者手术后的临床效果观察【摘要】目的：研究行腹腔镜切除术的阑尾炎患者予以优质护理的效果，评定临床护理价值。方法：选入我院于2016年11月~2017年11月期间前来就诊的阑尾炎患者共50例，以这50例患者作为临床样本研究数据，采用随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为实验组和参照组，每组各为25例。实验组患者行优质护理模式，参照组患者行基础护理模式，评价两组患者护理后的临床满意度、焦虑以及抑郁等指标缓解情况。结果：两组患者护理前的抑郁以及焦虑评分对比无显著差异性（p>0.05），护理后两组差异性显著（p<0.05）；同时满意度分析中，实验组护理满意度为96%，显著高于参照组76%，两组对比评分呈现为显著差异性（p<0.05）。同时两组患者活动距离以及活动时间分析中，实验组优于参照组，组间对比呈现为p<0.05的差异性。结论：将优质护理模式应用于行腹腔镜切除术的阑尾炎患者中，能够提升临床护理总有效率。患者的抑郁以及焦虑评分有显著改善，临床推广价值存在。ClinicaleffectofhighqualitynursingforpatientsundergoinglaparoscopicappendectomyQinjunhuaWangyelan(ShehongPeople'sHospital,Shehong,629200,Sichuan)【Abstract】Objective:Tostudytheeffectofqualitynursinginpatientswithappendicitisundergoinglaparoscopicresectionandevaluatethevalueofclinicalnursing.Methods:Atotalof50patientswithappendicitisadmittedtoourhospitalfromNovember2016toNovember2017wereenrolledinthisstudy.Thedataof50patientswereusedasclinicalsamples.ThedatawerepidedequallyintoExperimentalgroupandreferencegroup,eachgroupof25cases.Patientsintheexperimentalgroupunderwenthigh-qualitynursing.Patientsinthereferencegroupunderwentbasicnursingandevaluatedtheirclinicalsatisfaction,anxietyanddepressionafternursing.Results:Therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsinpre-nursingdepressionandanxietyscores(p>0.05),andtherewassignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsafternursing(p<0.05).Satisfactionanalysisalsoshowedthatthenursingsatisfactionoftheexperimentalgroupwas96%,Significantlyhigherthanthereferencegroup76%,thetwogroupsshowedsignificantdifference(p<0.05).Atthesametime,thedistancebetweentwogroupsofpatientsandtheactivitytimeanalysis,theexperimentalgroupwasbetterthanthereferencegroup,thecontrastbetweenthegroupsshowedap<0.05difference.Conclusion:Theapplicationofhigh-qualitynursingmodelinpatientswithappendicitisundergoinglaparoscopicresectioncanimprovethetotaleffectiverateofclinicalnursing.Patientswithdepressionandanxietyscoreshavesignificantlyimproved,theclinicalvalueoftheexistence.在腹腔镜器械设备不断发展以及创新的情况下，患者对于手术要求愈加提高，在微创手术不断创新以及开展的情况下，胆囊切除术、胃部
