PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT17PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT18摘要十九大提出要提高就业质量，就业是最大的民生，就业不仅包括农村和城镇人口的就业，而且包括大学生就业。随着大学生的增多，相应的他们的就业问题也就越来越严重，那么大批量的大学生就业问题会影响就业质量。专家学者对就业问题也进行了许多研究，但是并没有从多个地区结合进行实际的深入研究，本文通过问卷调查的形式，对山西高校毕业生的就业问题进行分析，然后提出针对性的建议。本文首先是导论，介绍了选题背景和意义、国内外研究情况、论文主要内容介绍以及研究方法，其次是论文中相关的概念界定，主要部分是后面两部分，通过问卷的结果，对大学生就业影响因素进行实证分析，分别从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个方面展开，之后又从四个方面提出建议与对策，从各个细微角度出发提出个人了解。关键词：大学生；大学生就业；就业问题AbstractThe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaproposestoimprovethequalityofemployment,whichisthebiggestlivelihoodofthepeople.Employmentincludesnotonlytheemploymentofruralandurbanpopulation,butalsotheemploymentofcollegestudents.Withtheincreaseofcollegestudents,thecorrespondingemploymentproblemsaremoreandmoreserious,soalargenumberofCollegeStudents'employmentproblemswillaffectthequalityofemployment.Expertsandscholarshavedonealotofresearchontheemploymentproblem,buttheyhaven'tdonein-depthresearchfrommultipleregions.ThispaperanalyzestheemploymentproblemofcollegegraduatesinShanxiProvincethroughtheformofquestionnairesurvey,andthenputsforwardtargetedsuggestions.Thefirstpartofthispaperistheintroduction,whichintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthetopic,theresearchsituationathomeandabroad,themaincontentofthepaperandtheresearchmethods.Thesecondpartisthedefinitionoftherelevantconceptsinthepaper,themainpartisthelattertwoparts.Throughtheresultsofthequestionnaire,thispapermakesanempiricalanalysisonthefactorsaffectingtheemploymentofcollegestudents,whicharecarriedoutfromfouraspects:individual,family,schoolandsociety.ThenItputsforwardsuggestionsandcountermeasuresfromfouraspectsandpersonalunderstandingfromvarioussubtleangles.Keywords:Collegestudent;employmentofcollegestudents;employmentproblem目录1导论……………………………………………………………
