1718摘要十九大提出要提高就业质量就业是最大的民生就业不仅包括农村和城镇人口的就业而且包括大学生就业。随着大学生的增多相应的他们的就业问题也就越来越严重那么大批量的大学生就业问题会影响就业质量。专家学者对就业问题也进行了许多研究但是并没有从多个地区结合进行实际的深入研究本文通过问卷调查的形式对山西高校毕业生的就业问题进行分析然后提出针对性的建议。本文首先是导论介绍了选题背景和意义、国内外研究情况、论文主要内容介绍以及研究方法其次是论文中相关的概念界定主要部分是后面两部分通过问卷的结果对大学生就业影响因素进行实证分析分别从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个方面展开之后又从四个方面提出建议与对策从各个细微角度出发提出个人了解。关键词：大学生；大学生就业；就业问题AbstractThe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaproposestoimprovethequalityofemploymentwhichisthebiggestlivelihoodofthepeople.Employmentincludesnotonlytheemploymentofruralandurbanpopulationbutalsotheemploymentofcollegestudents.WiththeincreaseofcollegestudentsthecorrespondingemploymentproblemsaremoreandmoreserioussoalargenumberofCollegeStudents'employmentproblemswillaffectthequalityofemployment.Expertsandscholarshavedonealotofresearchontheemploymentproblembuttheyhaven'tdonein-depthresearchfrommultipleregions.ThispaperanalyzestheemploymentproblemofcollegegraduatesinShanxiProvincethroughtheformofquestionnairesurveyandthenputsforwardtargetedsuggestions.Thefirstpartofthispaperistheintroductionwhichintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthetopictheresearchsituationathomeandabroadthemaincontentofthepaperandtheresearchmethods.Thesecondpartisthedefinitionoftherelevantconceptsinthepaperthemainpartisthelattertwoparts.Throughtheresultsofthequestionnairethispapermakesanempiricalanalysisonthefactorsaffectingtheemploymentofcollegestudentswhicharecarriedoutfromfouraspects:individualfamilyschoolandsociety.ThenItputsforwardsuggestionsandcountermeasuresfromfouraspectsandpersonalunderstandingfromvarioussubtleangles.Keywords:Collegestudent;employmentofcollegestudents;employmentproblem目录1导论…………………………………………………………………………………………11.1选题背景与意义………………………………………………………………………11.2国内外文献综述………………………………………………………………………11.3论文的内容框架……………………
