摘要本文主要针对长裙竹荪的菌裙、菌柄、菌盖、菌托等各不同部位的乙酸乙酯提取物进行了抑菌方面的研究。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌为实验菌株,通过平板打孔法,以抑菌圈直径为测量指标,对抑菌效果进行评价;采用连续倍比浓度稀释法来确定竹荪不同部位提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC值),比较四个部位的抑菌效果。结果如下:(1)长裙竹荪菌柄提取物的抑菌效果是四个部位中最好的,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的MIC值都是25mg/ml,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最好;(2)长裙竹荪菌裙的提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC值是50mg/ml;(3)长裙竹荪菌盖的提取物对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC值是25mg/ml;(4)长裙竹荪菌托的提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌抑菌效果比较好,MIC值都是50mg/ml。关键词:长裙竹荪;乙酸乙酯提取物;抑菌圈直径;最低抑菌浓度AbstractInthispaper,theantibacterialactivitiesofethylacetateextractsfromdifferentpartsofDictyophoraindusiatasuchasfungusskirt,fungusstem,funguscoverandv-olvawerestudied.TakingEscherichiacoli,staphylococcusaureusandsalmonellaasexperimentalstrains,thebacteriostaticeffectwasevaluatedbytheplatepunchingm-ethodandthediameterofbacteriostaticcircleasmeasurementindex.Theminimuminhibitoryconcentration(MIC)ofextractsfromdifferentpartsofDictyophoraindusi-atawasdeterminedbycontinuousmultipledilutionmethod,andtheantibacterialeff-ectsofthefourpartswerecompared.Theresultsareasfollows:(1)TheantibacterialeffectofDictyophoraindusiatastipeextractisthebestamongthefourparts,MICva-luesforEscherichiacoli,StaphylococcusaureusandSalmonellaareall25mg/ml,andtheinhibitoryeffectonStaphylococcusaureusisthebest.(2)TheextractofDictyop-horaindusiatamaximmaximmaximhasthebestantibacterialeffectonEscherichiacoli,MICvalueis50mg/ml;;(3)TheextractofDictyophoraindusiatacaphastheb-estantibacterialeffectonSalmonella,MICvalueis25mg/mL;(4)TheextractofDc-tyophoraindusiatavolvahasgoodantibacterialeffectonStaphylococcusaureusandSalmonella,MICvaluesare50mg/ml.Keywords:Dictyophoraindusiata;Ethylacetateextract;Diameterofbacteriostaticci-rcle;Minimuminhibitoryconcentratio-PAGE20-目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc28521"1引言PAGEREF_Toc285211HYPERLINK\l"_Toc14127"1.1竹荪的
