新型城市化背景下城中村治理研究摘要：随着城市化的推进，在新型城市高速发展和建设的过程中，介于城市与农村之间的过渡型社区“城中村”越来越多。由于我国为城乡二元制管理模式，城中村与城市社区在土地制度、户籍制度、行政制度等多方面均存在较大差异，这些差异造成了新型城市化背景下城中村改造和治理的困境。本文阐述了新型城市化与城中村这两者的涵义，分析了新型城市化背景下城中村的发展现状。从广州、珠海、深圳这三个城市的城中村治理成果出发，分析了其治理模式的优劣之处。基于当前新型城市化背景下城中村治理面临的困境和存在的不足进行了分析，提出了如下几个对策建议：改革管理体制制度，健全相关法律法规。科学合理规划，改善居民生活环境。探寻利益的合理分配，拓宽融资渠道。注重文化融合，建设和谐社区。关键词：新型城市化，城中村，城乡治理，对策建议StudyonthegovernanceofvillageincityunderthebackgroundofnewurbanizationAbstract：Withthedevelopmentofurbanization,intheprocessofrapiddevelopmentandconstructionofnewcities,therearemoreandmore"villagesinthecity"intheTransitionalCommunitybetweenurbanandruralareas.DuetothedualmanagementmodeofurbanandruralareasinChina,therearegreatdifferencesbetweenurbanvillagesandurbancommunitiesinlandsystem,householdregistrationsystem,administrativesystemandotheraspects,whichcausethedilemmaofurbanvillagetransformationandgovernanceinthecontextofnewurbanization.Thispaperfirstexpoundsthemeaningofnewurbanizationandvillageincity,andthenanalyzesthedevelopmentstatusofvillageincityunderthebackgroundofnewurbanization.ThenfromtheresultsofurbanvillagegovernanceinGuangzhou,ZhuhaiandShenzhen,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthegovernancemodelareanalyzed.Finally,basedonthecurrentnewurbanizationbackground,thispaperanalyzesthedifficultiesandshortcomingsofurbanvillagegovernance.Putforwardthefollowingcountermeasuresandsuggestions:reformthemanagementsystemandimprovetherelevantlawsandregulations.Scientificandreasonableplanningtoimprovethelivingenvironmentofresidents.Explorethereasonabledistributionofinterestsandbroadenthefinancingchannels.Payattentiontoculturalintegrationandbuildaharmoniouscommunity.Keywords：Newurbanization,villageincity,urbanandruralgovernance,countermeasuresandsuggestions
