新型城市化背景下城中村治理研究摘要：随着城市化的推进在新型城市高速发展和建设的过程中介于城市与农村之间的过渡型社区“城中村”越来越多。由于我国为城乡二元制管理模式城中村与城市社区在土地制度、户籍制度、行政制度等多方面均存在较大差异这些差异造成了新型城市化背景下城中村改造和治理的困境。本文阐述了新型城市化与城中村这两者的涵义分析了新型城市化背景下城中村的发展现状。从广州、珠海、深圳这三个城市的城中村治理成果出发分析了其治理模式的优劣之处。基于当前新型城市化背景下城中村治理面临的困境和存在的不足进行了分析提出了如下几个对策建议：改革管理体制制度健全相关法律法规。科学合理规划改善居民生活环境。探寻利益的合理分配拓宽融资渠道。注重文化融合建设和谐社区。关键词：新型城市化城中村城乡治理对策建议StudyonthegovernanceofvillageincityunderthebackgroundofnewurbanizationAbstract：Withthedevelopmentofurbanizationintheprocessofrapiddevelopmentandconstructionofnewcitiestherearemoreandmore"villagesinthecity"intheTransitionalCommunitybetweenurbanandruralareas.DuetothedualmanagementmodeofurbanandruralareasinChinatherearegreatdifferencesbetweenurbanvillagesandurbancommunitiesinlandsystemhouseholdregistrationsystemadministrativesystemandotheraspectswhichcausethedilemmaofurbanvillagetransformationandgovernanceinthecontextofnewurbanization.Thispaperfirstexpoundsthemeaningofnewurbanizationandvillageincityandthenanalyzesthedevelopmentstatusofvillageincityunderthebackgroundofnewurbanization.ThenfromtheresultsofurbanvillagegovernanceinGuangzhouZhuhaiandShenzhentheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthegovernancemodelareanalyzed.Finallybasedonthecurrentnewurbanizationbackgroundthispaperanalyzesthedifficultiesandshortcomingsofurbanvillagegovernance.Putforwardthefollowingcountermeasuresandsuggestions:reformthemanagementsystemandimprovetherelevantlawsandregulations.Scientificandreasonableplanningtoimprovethelivingenvironmentofresidents.Explorethereasonabledistributionofinterestsandbroadenthefinancingchannels.Payattentiontoculturalintegrationandbuildaharmoniouscommunity.Keywords：Newurbanizationvillageincityurbanandruralgovernancecountermeasuresandsuggestions目录第1章绪论11.1研究背景、目的和意义11.1.1背景分析11.1.2研究目的11.1.3研究的意义21.2研究内容和
