侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的：观察侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年~2012年在我院进行治疗的腰椎管狭窄60例患者作为研究对象，所有患者均经MR或CT明确诊断为腰椎管狭窄，按照单纯随机的方法分为两组，分别为A组和B组，每组30例。A组为单纯侧隐窝注射治疗组，B组为侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针内外口松解治疗组。每周治疗1次，2次为一疗程。结果：一疗程治疗结束后，B组患者的各项评定指标明显优于A组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论：采用侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄，大大减少治疗次数，降低复发率，提高了临床疗效，应加强临床推广。

腰椎管狭窄是临床中老人常见的病变，主要的临床表现腰腿疼痛、行走无力、间歇性瘸行。部分病情研究患者可能引起大小便功能障碍和阳痿的发生。部分严重的患者可能影响患者正常的生活和工作，严重影响中老年人的生活质量。临床常采用手术治疗，但大部分患者不能接受手术的疼痛和术后的并发症的发生，不愿意接受手术治疗。我院从2010年开始采用侧隐窝注射结合椎间盘针对椎间孔内外口松解治疗腰椎管狭窄，取得
