Introduction: Interculturalcommunicationreferstotheexchangeofmessagesbetweenindividualsfromdifferentculturalbackgrounds.Itrequiresindividualstobeawareandsensitivetoculturaldifferences,adapttheircommunicationstyleaccordingly,andeffectivelyconveytheirideasandunderstandings.Englishmajorstudents,withtheirexposuretovariousliteraryworksandmulticulturalsocieties,areexpectedtodevelopstronginterculturalcommunicationskills.Thisresearchinvestigatesthecurrentstateoftheseskills'developmentamongEnglishmajorstudentsandidentifiespotentialareasofimprovement. Methodology: Amixed-methodresearchapproachwillbeadoptedforthisstudy.Firstly,quantitativedatawillbecollectedthroughasurveydistributedamongEnglishmajorstudentsatselecteduniversities.Thesurveywillincludequestionsassessingtheirlevelofinterculturalcommunicationskills,thefrequencyofpracticinginterculturalcommunication,andtheiroverallconfidenceinsuchinteractions.Secondly,qualitativedatawillbecollectedthroughinterviewswithasmallergroupofstudents.Theseinterviewswillprovideinsightsintothestudents'personalexperiences,challengesfaced,andstrategiesemployedtoenhancetheirinterculturalcommunicationskills. ResultsandAnalysis: ThequantitativedatacollectedwillbeanalyzedusingstatisticaltoolstodeterminetheoveralllevelofinterculturalcommunicationskillsamongEnglishmajorstudents.Theresultswillbepresentedintablesandgraphs,highlightingdifferencesacrossvariousdemographicfactorssuchasgender,yearofstudy,andexposuretomulticulturalenvironments.Additiona
