双级雾化快凝磁性磨料制备工艺系统的研制(英文) ResearchandDevelopmentofaTwo-stageAtomizationFast-settingMagneticAbrasivePreparationProcessSystem Abstract: Inrecentyears,therehasbeenincreasingdemandformagneticabrasivematerialsinvariousindustries,includingprecisionmachiningandsurfacepolishing.Thetraditionalmanufacturingprocessofmagneticabrasivessuffersfromissuessuchaslowproductionefficiencyandpoorqualityconsistency.Inthisstudy,anoveltwo-stageatomizationfast-settingmagneticabrasivepreparationprocesssystemisproposedanddeveloped.Thesystemincorporatesaninnovativetwo-stageatomizationtechnique,whichaimstoimprovetheproductionefficiencyandenhancethequalityconsistencyofthemagneticabrasivematerials.Theperformanceofthedevelopedsystemisevaluatedthroughaseriesofexperiments,andtheresultsdemonstrateitssuperiorityoverthetraditionalmanufacturingprocess.Thisresearchprovidesvaluableinsightsintothedevelopmentofadvancedmagneticabrasivepreparationtechniques. 1.Introduction Magneticabrasivematerialshavebeenwidelyusedinprecisionindustriesforthepolishingandmachiningofvariousmaterials.Thequalityandperformanceofmagneticabrasivessignificantlyaffecttheprecision,surfacefinish,andproductivityofthemachinedparts.However,thetraditionalmanufacturingprocessofmagneticabrasivessuffersfromseverallimitations,includinglowproductionefficiencyandpoorqualityconsistency.Therefore,thereisaneedtodevelopanimprovedprocesssystemtoovercometheselimitations. 2.Methodology Theproposedtwo-stageatomizationfast-settingmagneticabrasivepreparationprocesssystemconsistsoftwomainstages:theatomizationstageandthefast-settingstage.Intheatomizationstage,ahigh-pressureatomizationnozzleisusedtoatomizethemixtureofmagneticparticlesandbindersolutionintofinedroplets.Thedropletsarethensolidifiedandconvertedintomagneticabrasiveparticlesinthefast-settingstage.Thefast-settingstageinvolvestheuseofahigh-frequencymagneticfieldtoinducethesolidificationandmagneticorientationoftheparticles. 3.ExperimentalSetup Toevaluatetheperformanceofthedevelopedsystem,aseriesofexperim
