Methods: Thiscasestudywasconductedinamiddleschoolsetting,involvingaclassof30studentsstudyingEnglishasasecondlanguage.Thestudyobservedandanalyzedteacher-studentinteractionsduringEnglishlessonsoveraspanoftwomonths.Datawascollectedthroughclassroomobservations,videorecordings,andinterviewswiththeteacherandstudents. TypesofTeacherFeedback: Therearedifferenttypesofteacherfeedbackthatcanbeutilizedintheclassroom.Theseincludecorrective,positive,andconstructivefeedback.Correctivefeedbackinvolvespointingouterrorsandprovidingthecorrectformorstructure.Positivefeedbackfocusesonpraisingandacknowledgingstudents'effortsandachievements.Constructivefeedbackaimstoguidestudentstowardsimprovementbyprovidingsuggestionsandexamples. EffectivenessofTeacherFeedback: Theeffectivenessofteacherfeedbackcanbemeasuredbyitsimpactonstudentlearningoutcomes.Researchhassuggestedthatfeedbackneedstobetimely,specific,andrelevanttostudents'needsinordertobeeffective.Itshouldalsobedeliveredinasupportiveandencouragingmannerthatpromotesapositivelearningenvironment.
