Methods: Toconductthisresearch,aquestionnairesurveywasdistributedamongjuniorhighschoolEnglishteachersinvolvedinteachinglisteningandspeakingskills.Thequestionnaireconsistedofbothclosedandopen-endedquestions,allowingparticipantstoprovidedetailedinsightsintotheirfeedbackpractices,challengesfaced,andsuggestionsforimprovement.Asamplesizeof50teachersfromdifferentschoolswasselectedforthestudy. ResultsandFindings: 1.FeedbackPractices: a.Over80%oftheteachersreportedprovidingregularfeedbacktostudents,primarilyintheformoforalfeedbackduringclassactivitiesandwrittenfeedbackonassignments. b.Themajorityoftheteachersconfirmedthatfeedbackwastailoredtoindividualstudentneeds,takingintoaccounttheirstrengthsandweaknessesinlisteningandspeakingskills. c.However,asignificantnumberofteachersadmittedprovidinggenericfeedback,lackingspecificguidanceonimprovementareas. 2.EffectivenessofTeacherFeedback: a.Approximately70%oftheteachersbelievedthattheirfeedbackmotivatedstudentstoimprovetheirlisteningandspeakingskills. b.60%oftheteachersclaimedthatstudentsactivelyengagedwithfeedbackandmadeeffortstoaddressthesuggestionsprovided. c.However,only40%oftheteachersfeltthattheirfeedbackledtonoticeableimprovementsinstudents'listeningandspeakingabilities. 3.ChallengesfacedbyTeachers: a.Lackoftimewasidentifiedasamajorobstacletoprovidingcomprehensivefeedbacktoeverystudentconsistently. b.Limitedclasssizesandlargestudentnumbershinderedindividualizedfeedbackprovision. c.Difficultyinprovidingactionablefe
