摘要
本文利用空间面板计量模型，分析了土地供应政策对房价的影响。研究结果表明，土地供应政策对房价具有显著的影响。政府通过增加土地供应，可以促进房价稳定，抑制房价上涨。这对于保障民众的居住需求，提高城市经济发展水平具有重要意义。

Introduction
Asoneofthemostsignificantcomponentsofurbaninfrastructure,housingprovidesaplaceforpeopletolive,work,andrest.Thehouseprice,asacrucialfactorinfluencingthehousingmarket,candirectlyorindirectlyaffectpeople'slivesandtheeconomy'shealthydevelopment.Therefore,howtoensureastableandreasonablepricelevelofhousinghasalwaysbeenahotissueofgreatconcern.Variousfactorscanaffectthehousingprice,suchasmarketsupplyanddemand,economicgrowth,populationstructure,andpolicyeffects.Amongthem,thegovernment'slandsupplypolicyisincreasinglyattractingattentionasavitalleveragetoregulatethehousingmarket.
Thelandsupplypolicyreferstothegovernment'smeasuresandactionstoincreaseordecreasetheamountoflandsupplythroughplanning,allocating,andprovidinglandresources.Thispolicycansignificantlyaffectthehousingmarket,asitdirectlyaffectsthecostofhousingproductionandsales.Byincreasingtheamountoflandsupply,thegovernmentcaneffectivelycontrolthehousingpriceandpromotethestabledevelopmentofthehousingmarket.However,theactualeffectoflandsupplypolicyonhousingpricefluctuationisstillinconclusiveanddebatable.Therefore,inthisresearch,weaimtoinvestigatetheimpactoflandsupplypolicyonhousingpricesandprovideatheoreticalandempiricalbasisforurbanhousingpolicy-making.

Accordingtothesupplyanddemandtheory,thechangeofhousingpriceisdeterminedbytherelationshipbetweenmarketsupplyanddemand.Thatis,whenthemarketsupplyofhousingisrelativelystable,thechangesinhousingdemandwilldirectlyaffectthehousingprice.Incontrast,whenthemarketdemandofhousingisstable,thechangesinthemarketsupplywillsignificantlyaffectthehousingpricelevel.Therefore,thedemandforandsupplyofhousingcanberegardedassignificantfactorsaffectingthehousingpricelevel.Thelandsupplypolicyisacrucialfactoraffectingthehousingmarketsupply.Therefore,thisresearchusesthefollowingtheoreticalmodel:
