CurrentSituation: 1.LimitedAwarenessandUnderstanding: PubliclibrariesinChinahavemadeeffortstointroducemakereducationactivitiesforchildren.However,thereisstillalimitedunderstandingamonglibrarystaffmembersandstakeholdersabouttheconceptofmakereducationanditspotentialbenefits.Thislackofawarenesshinderstheeffectiveimplementationandpromotionofmakereducation. 2.InsufficientResources: Publiclibrariesoftenfaceresourceconstraintsintermsoffunding,equipment,andmaterialsnecessaryformakereducationactivities.Manylibrariesstruggletoestablishdedicatedmakerspacesorlackthenecessarytoolsandtechnologiestosupporthands-onlearningexperiences. 3.LackofProfessionalTraining: Librarystaffmembersoftenlackthenecessaryknowledgeandskillstodesignanddelivermakereducationprogramseffectively.Theabsenceofprofessionaltrainingopportunitieslimitstheirabilitytoprovidehigh-qualitylearningexperiencesforchildren. 4.EvaluationandAssessment: Thereisaneedforstandardizedevaluationandassessmentmethodstomeasuretheeffectivenessandimpactofmakereducationprogramsinpubliclibraries.Currently,theevaluationofchildren'slearningoutcomesinmakereducationactivitiesisoftensubjectiveandlacksacomprehensiveassessmentframework.
