高职英语教学中的人文素养培育模式的探究 Title:AnExplorationoftheCultivationModelofHumanisticLiteracyinVocationalEnglishTeaching Abstract: ThecultivationofhumanisticliteracyhasbecomeanimportantaspectinvocationalEnglisheducation.ThisresearchaimstoexploretheeffectivenessofthecultivationmodelofhumanisticliteracyinvocationalEnglishteaching.Throughliteraturereviewandcaseanalysis,thisstudyexaminestheimportanceofhumanisticliteracyinvocationalEnglisheducationandproposesacomprehensiveapproachtointegratehumanisticelementsintothecurriculum.Thefindingssuggestthatthecultivationofhumanisticliteracycangreatlyenhancestudents'languageproficiency,culturalawareness,communicationskills,andsocialadaptabilityintheworkplace.ItisrecommendedthatvocationalEnglisheducatorsadoptthismodeltobetteralignEnglisheducationwiththedemandsofthemodernjobmarket. Introduction: Intoday'sglobalizedsociety,Englishhasbecomeanindispensabletoolforcommunication,especiallyinthevocationalcontext.However,theemphasisontechnicalskillsinvocationaleducationoftenneglectsthecultivationofhumanisticqualitiesinstudents.ThispaperarguesfortheimportanceofintegratinghumanisticelementsintovocationalEnglishteachingtoenhancestudents'overallcompetenciesandadaptabilityintheworkplace. TheImportanceofHumanisticLiteracyinVocationalEnglishEducation: Humanisticliteracyreferstotheabilitytounderstandandappreciatethevalues,beliefs,andpracticesofdifferentcultures.InvocationalEnglisheducation,humanisticliteracyplaysacrucialroleinpreparingstudentsforthediverseandmulticulturalworkenvironmentstheywillencounterintheircareers.Itfostersadeeperunderstandingofculturalnuancesandenhancesinterculturalcommunicationskills.
