Introduction: Subjectivewell-being(SWB)referstoanindividual'sself-reportedcognitiveandaffectiveevaluationsoftheirlife,encompassingtheirhappiness,lifesatisfaction,andpositiveemotions.Itisoftenconsideredakeyindicatorofmentalhealthandoverallqualityoflife.Collegestudentsfacenumerousacademic,social,andpersonalchallengesintheirlives,whichcansignificantlyaffecttheirsubjectivewell-beinglevels.Therefore,itisimportanttoexploreeffectiveinterventionsthatcanenhancetheirwell-beingandemotionalexperiences. Gratitudeexerciseshaveshownpromisingresultsinimprovingsubjectivewell-beingamongvariouspopulations,includingadolescents,adults,andindividualswithmentalhealthconditions.Gratitudeinterventionsinvolvefosteringanattitudeofappreciationandthankfulnessbyconsciouslyfocusingonandexpressinggratitudetowardspositiveexperiences,individuals,orsituations.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetheeffectivenessofgratitudeexercisesasaninterventionstrategyforenhancingthesubjectivewell-beingofcollegestudents.
