基于FVCOM的南海北部海域潮汐潮流数值模拟 摘要 本文利用基于有限体积法(FVCOM)的数值模拟技术,对南海北部海域的潮汐潮流进行了数值模拟,得出了该海域潮汐潮流的分布规律和变化特点。首先介绍了FVCOM模型的基本原理和模型参数设置,然后对南海北部海域的潮汐潮流特征进行了分析,并比较了模拟结果与实测数据的吻合程度。结果表明,FVCOM模型在模拟南海北部海域的潮汐潮流方面具有较高的精度和可靠性,模拟结果与实测数据的吻合程度较高。本文的研究对于更好地理解南海北部海域潮汐潮流的变化规律具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:南海北部海域;FVCOM;潮汐潮流;数值模拟 Introduction SouthChinaSeaislocatedintheSouthChinaSearegion,whichisanimportantpartoftheWesternPacificOcean.TheNorthpartoftheSouthChinaSearegionisoneoftheimportantareaswheretheoceancurrentsconverge.Thestudyofthetidalcurrentinthisareaisofgreatsignificancefortheenvironmentalprotection,maritimesafety,andscientificresearchintheregion.Numericalsimulationisaneffectivemethodtostudythedistributionandchangesoftidalcurrentsinthisarea.FVCOMisafinitevolumemethodnumericalmodelthatiswidelyusedtostudywaterquality,sedimenttransport,tidalcurrents,andotherhydrodynamicproblemsintheocean. Inthispaper,theFVCOMmodelwasusedtosimulatethetidalcurrentsintheNorthpartoftheSouthChinaSea.Thedistributionandvariationcharacteristicsoftidalcurrentsinthisareawerestudied,andthesimulationresultswerecomparedwiththemeasureddatatoverifytheaccuracyofthemodel.TheresearchresultshavecertainreferencevalueforunderstandingthevariationlawoftidalcurrentsintheNorthpartoftheSouthChinaSea. Methodology TheFVCOMmodelisbasedontheprincipleoffinitevolumemethod,whichisanumericalmodelforsolvingtheNavier-Stokesequationintheocean.Themodelwasestablishedbydividingthewaterareaintoanumberofunstructuredgrids,andtheNavier-Stokesequationwascalculatedbyfinitevolumemethodoneachgrid.Themodelparametersweresetaccordingtothecharacteristicsofthestudyarea,andthesimulationresultswereobtainedbysolvingtheNavier-Stokesequation. Results TheresultsshowedthatthetidalcurrentintheNorthpartoftheSouthChinaSeawasmainlyaffectedbythetide,andthetidalcurrentinthisareawasstrongandthedirectionofthecurrentchangedfrequently.Thestudyareacanbedividedintotwoparts:theWestpartandtheEastpart.ThespeedanddirectionoftidalcurrentsintheWestpartwererelativelystable,whilethoseintheEastpartweremorec
