六种蔬菜累积DEHP能力的研究 Title:InvestigationontheAccumulationofDEHPinSixVegetables Introduction: Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)isawidelyusedplasticizerthatcanbefoundinvariousconsumerproducts.However,itsaccumulationintheenvironmentandpotentialhealthriskshaveraisedconcerns.PreviousstudieshaveshownthatDEHPcanleachoutfromplasticmaterialsandcontaminatefood,withvegetablesbeingoneoftheprimarysourcesofhumanexposuretoDEHP.Therefore,understandingtheaccumulationofDEHPindifferentvegetablesiscrucialforassessingpotentialhealthrisksanddevelopingeffectivemitigationstrategies. Methods: ToinvestigatetheaccumulationofDEHPinvegetables,sixcommonlyconsumedvegetables—carrots,spinach,tomatoes,broccoli,cabbage,andbellpeppers—wereselectedforanalysis.Thesevegetableswerechosenduetotheirvaryingcharacteristics,includingrootversusleafystructure,aswellasdifferentmodesofcultivationandchemicalcompositions. Samplesofeachvegetablewerecollectedfromdifferentsourcesandcarefullywashedtoremoveanysurfacecontaminants.ThevegetableswerethenhomogenizedandpreparedforextractionusingaSoxhletapparatuswithorganicsolvents.Theextractedsampleswerepurifiedthroughsolid-phaseextraction,followedbygaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)analysisforquantificationofDEHPlevels. Results: TheresultsoftheanalysisrevealedvaryinglevelsofDEHPaccumulationinthedifferentvegetables.Amongthesixvegetablestested,carrotsshowedthehighestaccumulationofDEHP,followedbyspinachandcabbage.BellpeppersandtomatoesexhibitedmoderatelevelsofDEHP,whilebroccolihadthelowestlevels.ThesefindingssuggestthattheaccumulationofDEHPinvegetablesisinfluencedbymultiplefactors,includingplantstructure,cultivationmethods,andtheabsorbentcapacityofplanttissues. Discussion: Carrots,withtheirrootstructure,havedirectcontactwiththesoil,whichmayexplaintheirhigherlevelsofDEHPaccumulation.Similarly,spinach,whichisaleafyvegetable,alsoshowedsignificantDEHPaccumulation,likelyduetoitslargeleafsurfaceareathatcaneasilyabsorbcontaminantsfromtheenvironment.Ontheotherhand,broccoli,withitscompac
