职前英语教学在线教学接受度及其影响因素研究 Title:AStudyontheAcceptanceofOnlinePre-jobEnglishTeachinganditsInfluencingFactors Introduction: Astechnologicaladvancementscontinuetoreshapetheeducationindustry,onlineteachinghasgainedsignificantpopularityasanalternativeapproachtotraditionalclassroomteaching.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheacceptanceofonlinepre-jobEnglishteachingandidentifythefactorsinfluencingitsadoption. 1.Background: TheimportanceofEnglishproficiencyinthejobmarketcannotbeunderstated.Preparingjobseekerswiththenecessarylanguageskillshasbecomecrucialintoday'sglobalizedworld.Onlineteachingplatformsofferconvenienceandaccessibility,makingthemanattractivechoiceforpre-jobEnglishinstruction. 2.Objectives: Theprimaryobjectivesofthisstudyare: a)Tomeasuretheacceptanceofonlinepre-jobEnglishteachingamongstudents. b)Toidentifyfactorsaffectingtheacceptanceorrejectionofonlinepre-jobEnglishteaching. c)Toprovideinsightsintotheeffectiveimplementationofonlineteachingforpre-jobEnglishinstruction. 3.LiteratureReview: Previousstudieshaveexploredthebenefitsandchallengesofonlineteachinginvariouscontexts.However,limitedresearchhasbeenconductedspecificallyontheacceptanceofonlinepre-jobEnglishteaching.Thisstudybuildsuponexistingliteratureontechnologyacceptancemodels(suchasTAM,UTAUT),onlinelearningenvironments,andpre-jobEnglishteaching. 4.Methodology: a)SampleSelection:Aconveniencesamplingmethodwillbeadoptedtoselectadiversegroupofpre-jobEnglishlearners,includingcollegestudentsandjobseekers. b)DataCollection:Astructuredquestionnairewillbedesignedbasedonthetechnologyacceptancemodelandpreviousstudies.Thequestionnairewillconsistoftwosections:demographicinformationandfactorsaffectingtheacceptanceofonlinepre-jobEnglishteaching. c)DataAnalysis:Statisticalanalysistechniques,includingdescriptivestatisticsandregressionanalysis,willbeusedtoanalyzethecollecteddata. 5.ExpectedResults: Weanticipatethattheacceptanceofonlinepre-jobEnglishteachingwillvarybasedondiversefactors.Somepotentialinfluencingfactorsmayincludecompute
