不同时点应用经皮穴位电刺激防治妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的疗效研究 Title:EffectivenessofTranscutaneousAcupointElectricStimulationatDifferentTimePointsinPreventingNauseaandVomitingafterGynecologicLaparoscopicSurgery:AComparativeStudy Abstract: Nauseaandvomitingfollowinggynecologiclaparoscopicsurgeryarecommonpostoperativecomplicationsthatcansignificantlyaffectthepatient'srecoveryandsatisfaction.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectivenessoftranscutaneousacupointelectricstimulation(TAES)atdifferenttimepointsinpreventingpostoperativenauseaandvomiting(PONV)aftergynecologiclaparoscopicsurgery.AcomparativestudydesignwillbeemployedtoassessthetherapeuticeffectsofTAESonPONVacrossmultipletimepoints. Introduction: Gynecologiclaparoscopicsurgeryhasbecomeacommonlyperformedprocedureduetoitsbenefitsofminimallyinvasivesurgeryandfasterrecovery.However,postoperativenauseaandvomiting(PONV)remainasignificantchallengeinthepostoperativemanagementofthesepatients.PONVnotonlycausesphysicaldiscomfortbutalsoaffectsthepatient'ssatisfaction,lengthofhospitalstay,andoverallrecovery.Traditionalantiemeticmedicationshavelimitationswithrespecttosideeffectsandpatienttolerance.Thus,exploringalternativetherapies,suchastranscutaneousacupointelectricstimulation(TAES),mayprovideasaferandmoreeffectiveapproachformanagingPONVinthesepatients. Methods: 1.StudyDesign:Thisstudywilladoptacomparativedesign,comparingtheeffectivenessofTAESatdistincttimepointsinpreventingPONVaftergynecologiclaparoscopicsurgery. 2.Participants:Femalepatientsaged18-65yearsundergoinggynecologiclaparoscopicsurgerywithahistoryofPONVwillberecruitedforthisstudy.Exclusioncriteriawillincludepatientswithahistoryofnauseaandvomitingduetoothercauses,thosecurrentlyreceivingantiemeticmedications,andpatientswithcontraindicationstoTAES. 3.Interventions:Participantswillberandomlyassignedintothreegroups:GroupA(preoperativeTAES),GroupB(intraoperativeTAES),andGroupC(postoperativeTAES).TAESwillbeappliedatspecificacupointsusingaportableelectricalstimulator. 4.OutcomeMeasures:Theprimaryoutcomeme
