CurrentStatus: 1.Insufficientteachingtimeandresources:DuetothelimitedamountoftimeearmarkedforEnglishoralteachinginthecurriculum,teachersoftenstruggletocoverallthenecessarycontentandprovidesufficientpracticeopportunitiesforstudents. 2.Lackofstudentmotivationandengagement:ManystudentsinvocationalcollegeshavelowmotivationtolearnEnglish,astheyperceiveitasirrelevanttotheirfuturecareers.Thiscanleadtodisengagementandlackofeffortduringoralclasses. 3.Ineffectiveteachingmethods:Traditionalmethods,suchasteacher-centeredinstructionwithaheavyfocusongrammarandvocabulary,oftenneglectthedevelopmentoforalcommunicationskills. 4.Limitedexposuretoauthenticlanguageinput:StudentsinvocationalcollegesmayhavelimitedopportunitiestoengagewithnativeEnglishspeakersorreal-lifecommunicativesituations,resultinginlessexposuretoauthenticlanguageinput.
