Firstly,developingthinkingandcriticalthinkingskillsisessentialforhighschoolstudentstobetterunderstandthesubjectmatteranditscontext.Writingskillscomprisenotonlygrammar,vocabulary,andsyntax,butalsotheabilitytoresearch,analyze,andevaluateinformation.Forexample,whenreadingapoemoranarticle,studentsneedtothinkcriticallyabouttheauthor'spurpose,audience,andtheculturalbackgroundofthetime.Byanalyzingthethemesandsymbolismofaliterarywork,theycannotonlygainadeeperunderstandingofthetextbutalsodeveloptheirowncreativitytoexpresstheirideasinwriting.
