大学生睡眠状况及其影响因素研究——以广东省5所地方本科院校为例 摘要 本研究旨在探究大学生睡眠状况及其影响因素。通过对广东省5所地方本科院校的300名学生进行问卷调查和统计分析,发现大学生的睡眠质量普遍较低,睡眠时间不足,影响因素主要包括学习压力、社交生活和生活习惯。本研究建议提高大学生的睡眠意识,加强心理辅导和健康教育,营造健康的校园文化。 关键词:大学生;睡眠状况;影响因素;广东省 Abstract Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethesleepstatusandinfluencingfactorsofcollegestudents.Throughaquestionnairesurveyandstatisticalanalysisof300studentsfrom5localundergraduatecollegesinGuangdongProvince,itwasfoundthatthesleepqualityofcollegestudentsisgenerallylow,andtheirsleeptimeisinsufficient.Theinfluencingfactorsmainlyincludeacademicstress,sociallife,andlifestylehabits.Thisstudyproposestoimprovecollegestudents'sleepawareness,strengthenpsychologicalcounselingandhealtheducation,andcreateahealthycampusculture. Keywords:Collegestudents;sleepstatus;influencingfactors;GuangdongProvince 1.Introduction Sleepisanimportantphysiologicalprocessthatcanaffectpeople'sphysicalandmentalhealth.Collegestudents,asanimportantyounggroupinsociety,arealsofacingsleepproblemscausedbyvariousfactors.AsurveyconductedbytheAmericanCollegeHealthAssociation(ACHA)in2016showedthat60%ofcollegestudentsintheUnitedStatesreportedfeelingverytiredorexhaustedinthepastweek.InChina,collegestudentsalsofacesleepproblemstovaryingdegrees.Accordingtostatistics,theprevalenceofsleepdisordersinChinesecollegestudentsisashighas40%(Zhangetal.,2010). Therefore,itisnecessarytoconductresearchonthesleepstatusandinfluencingfactorsofcollegestudentsandproposecorrespondingsolutionstopromotetheimprovementofcollegestudents'sleepquality. 2.Methodology 2.1Participants Atotalof300collegestudentsfrom5localundergraduatecollegesinGuangdongProvincewereselectedasparticipants,including150malesand150females.Theagerangewas18-24yearsold. 2.2Procedure Aquestionnairesurveywasconductedtoinvestigatethesleepstatusandinfluencingfactorsofcollegestudents.Thequestionnairewasdividedintothreeparts:basicinformation,sleepstatus,andinfluencingfactors.Thequestionnairewasdistributedbytheresearcherstotheparticipantsintheclassroombeforetheclassstarted.Thestudentswerer
