Introduction: Languagelearningisacomplexprocessinvolvingvariousskills,includingreadingcomprehension.Highschoolstudentsfacemultiplechallengeswhenlearninganewlanguage,especiallyEnglish,asitdemandstheacquisitionofadifferentalphabet,grammarrules,vocabulary,andarangeofreadingstrategies.Acrucialaspectthatcansignificantlyinfluencetheirreadingperformanceistheirtoleranceforambiguity.Thispaperinvestigatesthecorrelationbetweenhighschoolstudents'toleranceforambiguity,readingstrategies,andreadingperformanceinEnglish.
