APUOverview: TheAPUisavitalcomponentoftheWAVE-IIIarchitecturethatprovidesaunifiedandstandardizedinterfaceforapplicationsandservices.Itenablesthedeployment,execution,andmanagementofITSapplicationsacrossawiderangeofvehiclesandinfrastructure.TheAPUactsasanintermediarybetweentheupper-layerapplicationsandthelower-layernetworkprotocols,enablingseamlesscommunicationbetweenthem.
