甘草总黄酮的不同提取方法比较及其抗氧化活性研究 Title:ComparativeStudyofDifferentExtractionMethodsforGlycyrrhizaTotalFlavonoidsandTheirAntioxidantActivity Abstract: Glycyrrhiza,commonlyknownaslicorice,isatraditionalherbalplantknownforitsmedicinalproperties.Glycyrrhizatotalflavonoids(GTF)arenaturalantioxidantspresentinlicorice,whichhaveshownpromisinghealthbenefits.ThisstudyaimstocomparedifferentextractionmethodsforGTFandinvestigatetheirantioxidantactivity. 1.Introduction: Glycyrrhiza,awidelyusedmedicinalherb,containsvariousbioactivecomponents,amongwhichflavonoidsarethemajoronesresponsibleforitsantioxidantactivity.TheextractionprocessplaysacrucialroleinobtainingGTFwithmaximumyieldandbioactivity. 2.Methods: Inthisstudy,fourcommonlyusedextractionmethods,includingconventionalmaceration,Soxhletextraction,ultrasonic-assistedextraction(UAE),andsupercriticalfluidextraction(SFE),werecomparedfortheextractionofGTFfromGlycyrrhizaroots.Theextractionparameterssuchassolvent,extractiontime,temperature,andpressurewereoptimizedforeachmethodtoachievemaximumyieldofGTF. 3.Results: TheresultsshowedthattheUAEmethodusingethanolasasolventhadthehighestGTFyieldcomparedtoothermethods.TheoptimizedparametersforUAEwereanextractiontimeof30minutes,temperatureof50°C,andasolvent-to-sampleratioof20:1.ThesuperiorextractionefficiencyofUAEcouldbeattributedtothecavitationeffectgeneratedbyultrasound,leadingtobetterpenetrationofthesolventintotheplantmatrix. 4.AntioxidantActivity: TheantioxidantactivityofGTFextractsobtainedfromdifferentmethodswasevaluatedusingvariousassays,including2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radicalscavengingassay,ferricreducingantioxidantpower(FRAP)assay,andtotalphenoliccontentdetermination.TheUAEextractexhibitedthehighestantioxidantactivityandtotalphenoliccontent,indicatingthattheUAEmethodnotonlyyieldedahigheramountofGTFbutalsomaintaineditspotentantioxidantactivity. 5.MechanismofAntioxidantActivity: TounderstandthemechanismofantioxidantactivityofGTF,theextractswereanalyzedfortheirpolyphenoliccompositionusi
