Introduction: Renalcancer,particularlyrenalcellcarcinoma(RCC),accountsforasignificantproportionofcancer-relateddeathsworldwide.Conventionaltreatments,suchassurgeryandchemotherapy,oftenhavelimitedefficacyandseveresideeffects.Nanomedicine,arapidlyevolvingfield,offersnewopportunitiesfortargetedtherapy.Amongthevariousnanoscalecarriers,nanovesicleshavegainedattentionduetotheiruniqueproperties,includinghighdrug-loadingcapacity,prolongedcirculationtime,andabilitytotargetspecificcelltypes.Additionally,nanobodies,whicharesingle-domainantibodiesderivedfromcamelids,haveshownexcellenttargetingpotentialduetotheirsmallsize,highspecificity,andlowimmunogenicity.Therefore,inthisstudy,weaimedtodevelopnanovesiclestargetedbynanobodiesandevaluatetheirpotentialforrenalcancertherapy.
