【摘要】目的：观察外用加味过敏煎联合西替利嗪治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临床效果及安全
性。方法：将2022年1月—2023年6月于毕节市中医医院就诊的200例丘疹性荨麻疹患者随
机分为治疗组和对照组，各100例。治疗组予盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液口服联合外用加味过敏煎
治疗，对照组予盐酸西替利嗪口服溶液口服联合外用地奈德乳膏治疗。对患者瘙痒程度、丘疹
数目及瘙痒发作频率进行评分，并记录不良反应和复发情况，判定临床疗效。结果：治疗前、
治疗10d后、治疗后20d，治疗组与对照组瘙痒程度和丘疹数目、瘙痒发作频率评分比较，
差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后20d，治疗组与对照组的瘙痒程度和丘疹数目、瘙痒
发作频率评分均低于治疗10d后，治疗10d后均低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义
（P<0.05）。治疗10d后，治疗组总有效率为74.5%，对照组为60.0%，两组比较，差异有统
计学意义（字2=4.380，P=0.036）；治疗后20d，治疗组总有效率为89.4%，对照组为
85.6%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（字2=0.609，P=0.435）。治疗组复发率为23.68%，对
照组为28.57%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（字2=0.452，P>0.05）。两组均未见不良反应
发生。结论：短期外用加味过敏煎联合西替利嗪治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的效果优于地奈德乳膏联合
西替利嗪的效果，外用加味过敏煎能有效改善丘疹性荨麻疹患者皮肤瘙痒及皮损等情况。
