新时代背景下高校课程思政建设路径探索

摘要：扎实推进高校课程思政建设，有效发挥课堂教学的育人主渠道作用，是落实立德
树人根本任务的重大举措。加强课程思政建设，高校需要遵循方向性、系统性、求实性等原
则，解决课程思政建设中存在的若干核心问题。结合山东建筑大学课程思政建设实例，探讨开
展课程思政建设的有效途径，建立健全课程思政工作体系，加强课程思政教学研究，提高教师
课程思政能力，深化课程思政教学实践，建设专业课程思政教学指南，完善课程思政考核体
系，推动新时代课程思政建设高质量发展。

Abstract：Topromotetheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofcollegecoursesinadown-to-
earthmannerandeffectivelyplaytheroleofclassroomteachingasthemainchannelofeducating
peopleisamajormeasuretoimplementthefundamentaltaskofmoraleducation.Tostrengthenthe
curriculumideologicalandpoliticalconstruction，collegesanduniversitiesneedtofollowthe
principlesofdirectionality，systematizationandrealism，andsolvesomecoreproblemsinthe
curriculumideologicalandpoliticalconstruction.Combinedwiththeexampleofthecurriculum
ideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofShandongJianzhu，thisUniversitypaperdiscussesthe
effectivewaystocarryoutthecurriculumideologicalandpolitical，establishesconstructionand
improvesthecurriculumideologicalandpoliticalwork，strengthenssystemthecurriculum
ideologicalandpoliticalteaching，researchimprovestheideologicalandpoliticalteaching，ability
deepensthecurriculumideologicalandpoliticalteaching，buildspracticetheideologicaland
politicalteachingguideofprofessional，improvescoursesthecurriculumideologicalandpolitical
assessmentsystem，andpromotesthehighqualitydevelopmentofthecurriculumideologicaland

高校肩負着新时代人才培养的重要使命。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强
调，高校立身之本在于立德树人。加强课程思政建设，充分发掘思政课程之外的其他各类课程
的德育功能；教师在课程教学中潜移默化育人，进行思想引领、价值塑造，实现其他各类课程
与思政课程同向同行，发挥协同育人效应，真正落实立德树人的根本任务。在《关于深化新时
代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》等规范性文
件的指导下，各高校课程思政建设已经取得一系列成果，但在课程思政建设工作体系、教师课
程思政意识和能力提升、学生主体性发挥等方面还存在一定薄弱环节。高校应充分认识课程思
政的重要性，及时总结课程思政建设中存在的不足，结合新时代的发展要求，进一步探索课程
思政建设路径，实现思政教学目标。
