本文旨在研究软件开发团队中的知识共享影响因素，并对中期研究结果进行总结和分析。通过对已有文献的综述和初步实证研究，得出了以下研究结论：

2.影响知识共享的因素主要包括组织文化、团队氛围、团队成员间关系、技术能力和工作负荷等。
3.组织文化和团队氛围是影响知识共享的重要因素，其中包括强调学习和分享的文化、鼓励互相帮助的氛围以及开放式的沟通和交流机制等。
4.技术能力对知识共享的影响较为复杂，既可以作为促进知识共享的因素，也可以作为限制知识共享的因素。
5.工作负荷、团队成员间关系等因素对知识共享也有一定的影响，需要进一步研究。
未来研究将进一步探讨以上结论，并对其他影响因素进行更深入的研究，以提出更具体的建议，促进软件开发团队的知识共享。

【Abstract】
Thispaperaimstostudytheinfluencingfactorsofknowledgesharinginsoftwaredevelopmentteams,andsummarizeandanalyzethemidtermresearchresults.Throughareviewofexistingliteratureandpreliminaryempiricalresearch,thefollowingresearchconclusionsaredrawn:
1.Knowledgesharinghasasignificantimpactontheperformanceofsoftwaredevelopmentteams,includingproductquality,developmentefficiency,andteamcollaboration.
2.Thefactorsthataffectknowledgesharingmainlyincludeorganizationalculture,teamatmosphere,relationshipsbetweenteammembers,technicalcapabilities,andworkload.
3.Organizationalcultureandteamatmosphereareimportantfactorsthataffectknowledgesharing,includingaculturethatemphasizeslearningandsharing,anatmospherethatencouragesmutualassistance,andopencommunicationandexchangemechanisms.
4.Technicalcapabilitieshaveacompleximpactonknowledgesharing,whichcanbebothafactorthatpromotesknowledgesharingandafactorthatlimitsknowledgesharing.
5.Workloadandrelationshipsbetweenteammembersalsohaveacertainimpactonknowledgesharing,whichneedsfurtherresearch.
Futureresearchwillfurtherexploretheaboveconclusions,andconductmorein-depthresearchonotherinfluencingfactors,inordertoprovidemorespecificrecommendationstopromoteknowledgesharinginsoftwaredevelopmentteams.
