中英食品安全追溯体系比较研究——基于消费者视角的中期报告

摘要：
食品安全是一个国家和人民的重大问题。随着全球经济一体化和网络化发展，食品安全问题日趋复杂。本文以中英两国为研究对象，分析其食品安全追溯体系的构建和实施情况，并从消费者视角比较两国食品安全追溯体系的优劣。研究表明，中英两国的食品安全追溯体系存在一定的差异，但都采用了各自独特的追溯方法。英国食品追溯体系更加规范化和完善，消费者对产品的了解程度也更高，但相应地，对企业的监管要求也更高。而中国的食品安全追溯体系则更加关注执法实践与技术研发，对于消费者了解食品质量的渠道还需进一步拓展。本文指出，为了实现食品安全追溯的全程可视化和信息互通，未来需要进一步推广信息化技术，加强各国间的合作与交流。

Abstract:
Foodsafetyisamajorissueforcountriesandpeople.Withthedevelopmentofglobaleconomicintegrationandnetworking,foodsafetyissuesarebecomingmorecomplex.ThispaperanalyzestheconstructionandimplementationoffoodsafetytraceabilitysystemsinChinaandBritain,andcomparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthetwofoodsafetytraceabilitysystemsfromtheperspectiveofconsumers.TheresultsshowthattherearecertaindifferencesinthefoodsafetytraceabilitysystemsofChinaandBritain,butbothcountrieshaveadoptedtheiruniquetraceabilitymethods.TheBritishfoodtraceabilitysystemismorestandardizedandcomplete,andconsumershaveahigherlevelofunderstandingoftheproducts,butthecorrespondingrequirementsforenterprisesupervisionarealsohigher.China'sfoodsafetytraceabilitysystemfocusesmoreonlawenforcementpracticesandtechnologyresearchanddevelopment.However,thechannelsforconsumerstoknowaboutfoodqualityneedtobefurtherexpanded.Inconclusion,thispaperpointsoutthatinordertoachievethefullvisualizationandinformationexchangeoffoodsafetytraceability,itisnecessarytofurtherpromoteinformationtechnologyandstrengthencooperationandcommunicationamongcountries.
