本研究旨在探讨维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态与睡眠质量相关因素的关系。在透析中心进行的横向研究中，收集了108名维持性血液透析患者的临床资料和血液生化指标，使用Pittsburgh睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评估睡眠质量，同时测量了C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞计数（WBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血清白蛋白（Alb）和血压。
结果表明，108名维持性血液透析患者的平均PSQI总分为9.2±4.5，其中85.2%的患者被诊断为睡眠障碍。平均CRP水平为5.0±3.6mg/L，平均WBC计数为6.1±1.9×10^9/L。线性回归分析显示，PSQI总分与CRP、WBC、Hb、Alb和收缩压显著相关（p<0.05）。
结论：本研究表明，维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态与睡眠质量存在密切关系，CRP、WBC、Hb、Alb和收缩压对睡眠质量有不同程度的影响。这些结果可能有助于采取措施改善患者的微炎症状态和提高睡眠质量，从而提高生活质量。

Abstract：
Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthemicro-inflammatorystateandsleepqualityinmaintenancehemodialysispatients.Inacross-sectionalstudyconductedatadialysiscenter,clinicaldataandbloodbiochemicalmarkerswerecollectedfrom108maintenancehemodialysispatients.ThePittsburghSleepQualityIndex(PSQI)wasusedtoevaluatesleepquality,andC-reactiveprotein(CRP),whitebloodcellcount(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),serumalbumin(Alb),andbloodpressureweremeasured.
