摘要
随着我国改革开放和经济市场化程度的加深，中国与国际社会之间的相互交流变得越来越频繁。这种现象也加快了翻译发展的步伐。自“翻译研究”成为一门独立的学派以来，以奈达（Nida）为代表的翻译学派就曾对翻译产生过深远的影响。本文所研究的内容主要涉及翻译过程中的语境分析，它被包含在翻译理论这个大的环境里。本文采用综合评述的方式，在阅读大量文献资料的基础上，对这一论题进行了阐释。
本文主要由四部分组成。
第一部分是文献综述。该部分主要涉及本文的研究目的、对综述论题的定义以及该领域的研究背景和发展趋势。此部分充分提现了翻译及语境分析的发展过程。
第二部分是论述翻译过程中的语境因素。它主要包括语言语境因素、情境语境因素和文化语境因素。对这些方面的研究，为后面的研究做好了铺垫。
第三部分是翻译过程中的语境因素对词义产生的影响。本文主要涉及褒贬义和歧义两个方面的影响。
第四部分是结语。

Abstract
Inournation,alongwiththemoreandmoredeeplevelofthereformandopeningupandthemarketeconomy,thereexistsmorecommunicationamongChinaandothercountries.Thisphenomenonacceleratesthespeedoftranslation.Sincethe“translationresearch“beinganindependentsubject,thetranslationschoolofNidahadleadedtoagreatimpactontheprocessoftranslation.ThemaincontentsofthisstudyareonthecontextanalysisduringtheEnglish-ChineseandChinese-Englishtranslation.Itiscontainedthebigenvironmentoftranslationtheories.Thisthesisusesthecomprehensiveargumentmethodandstandsonthefoundationofreadingmanymaterialstoanalyzethetheme.
Thisthesiscanbedividedintofourparts.
Thefirstpartisliteraturereview.Itinvolvesintheresearchobjectives,definitionsofthethemeandthebackgroundandfuturetendencyoftheresearch.Thispartisbettertopresenttheprocessoftranslationandthecontextanalysis.
Thesecondpartmainlydiscussesthecontextualfactorsintheprocessoftranslation.Thecontextualfactorsincludethelinguisticcontext,situationalcontext,culturalcontext.Theresearchontheseaspectswillprovideabasistothefollowingresearch.
Thethirdpartisontheimpactofthecontextualfactorsintranslationprocess.Thisthesismainlyinvolvesthebadorgoodmeaningofwordsandthelexicalambiguity.
