盐酸胺碘酮注射液在急诊心律失常患者中治疗的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的：讨论急诊心律失常以盐酸胺碘酮注射液的效果。方法：取2020年5月至2021年5月我院急诊心
律失常患者100例，随机划成：对照、观察两组（各50例）。对照组开展盐酸普罗帕酮方案，观察组则施以盐酸胺
碘酮注射液，比较两组的治疗有效度、心功能指标、心律失常情况、不良反应。结果：观察组的治疗有效度高于对
照组（P＜0.05）；LVED低于对照组、LVEF高于对照组（P＜0.05）；心律失常次数、QRS波时限低于对照组、PR
间期高于对照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应均提示较低，无大差异（P＞0.05）。结论：盐酸胺碘酮注射液价值斐然，可
有效提升急诊心律失常患者的治疗有效度，且能改善其心功能，减少心律失常次数，稳定心电指标，同时药物的毒
副作用少，安全又可靠，值得肯定。

【Abstract】Objective:To discuss the effect of amiodarone hydrochloride injection in emergency arrhythmia. 
Methods from May 2020 to May 2021, 100 patients with emergency arrhythmia in our hospital were randomly 
divided into control group and observation group（50 cases in each group）.The control group was given propafenone 
hydrochloride regimen, and the observation group was given amiodarone hydrochloride injection.The efficacy, 
cardiac function indexes, arrhythmia and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic 
effectiveness of observation group was higher than that of control group（P＜0.05）.LVED was lower than the control 
group and LVEF was higher than the control group（P＜0.05）.The number of arrhythmias, QRS duration and PR 
interval were lower than those in control group（P＜0.05）.There were no significant differences in adverse reactions
（P＞0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone hydrochloride injection is of great value, which can effectively improve the 
therapeutic effectiveness of emergency patients with arrhythmia, improve their cardiac function, reduce the frequency 
of arrhythmia, and stabilize the ecg index.At the same time, the drug has less toxic and side effects, is safe and reliable, 
worthy of recognition.
