耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法将l12例分泌性中耳炎患者分为对
照组和治疗组，各53例。对照组采用传统药物治疗，治疗组采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗。结果3个月后门诊复查
鼓膜恢复情况、纯音测听和声导抗并结合患者当时症状、体征判断疗效。对照组75耳被治疗，痊愈37耳(49．3％)，
好转2l耳(28．0％)，总有效率为77．3％；治疗组77耳被治疗，痊愈56耳(72．7％)，好转l8耳(23．4％)，总有
效率达96．1％，两组间治愈率及总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0．05)，治疗组均高于对照组。对照组治疗无效的l7
耳中，l5耳于传统治疗3个月后在本院行耳内镜下鼓膜置管术，术后有6耳(40．0％)治愈，7耳(46．7％)好转，
总有效率仍能达到86．7％。结论耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎其总有效率及治愈率均明显高于传统药物治
疗，且对传统药物治疗无效的患耳行耳内镜下鼓膜置管术仍能得到较好疗效，应在临床推广使用。
