血液透析联合血液灌流治疗维持性
血液透析患者的应用与护理

【摘要】目的探讨透析器与灌流器串联在治疗维持性血液透析患者的应用与护理要点。
方法将维持性血液透析患者36例，随机分为2组：实验组和对照组。实验组采用透析器与灌流
器(HA型)串联进行治疗；对照组采用常规血液透析，治疗前后检测中分子物质、尿素氮、肌酐、血
压及临床症状等。结果经过2个月临床观察，实验组皮肤瘙痒明显改善，血压稳定，中分子物质
清除均显著高于对照组。结论血液透析器与血液灌流器联合应用可提高中分子物质的清除率，
有效改善维持性血透患者皮肤瘙痒、顽固性高血压、睡眠、食欲等，弥补了单纯性血液透析的缺点。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTodiscusstheapplicationandnursingpointamongthepatientswithmaintenancehe—
modialysisthroughtheconnectionofdialyzerandperfusiondevice．Methods36patientswithmaintenancehemodi—

alysiswererandomlydividedinto2groups．Thepatientsintheexperimentgroupweretreatedthroughtheconnection

ofdialyzerandperfusiondeviceoncepermonthandacceptedconventionalhemodialysistwice．Thepatientsinthe

controlgroupacceptedconventionalhemodialysisthreetimespermonth，anticoagulatedwithheparinandusedNaOH

asdialyzeratthespeedof500ml／min．Beforeandafterthetreatmentmiddlemo]ecularsubstances，BUN，creati—

nine，BP，andclinicalsymptomweretested．ResultsThroughtheclinicalohsmwationfortwomonthspruritusinex—

perimentgroupwassignificantlyimprovedwithstableBP，theclearanceofmiddlemolecularsubstanceswashigher

thanthatofthecontrolgroup．ConclusionThecombinedapplicationondialyzerandperfusiondevicecouldenhance

theclearancerateofmiddlemolecularsubstances，improveeffectivelypruritus，refractoryhypertension，sleeping，and

appetite，andmakeupthedisadvantageofsimplehemodialysis．

不断完善和提高，维持性血液透析患者的生存时间逐导致很多并发症的发生，严重影响着患者的生活质量
