肝苏颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

摘要目的：观察肝苏颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者160
例，随机分为两组，对照组(78例)采用常规保肝治疗，治疗组(82例)在常规治疗的基础上加用肝苏颗粒，观察
治疗后两组患者I临床症状、体征、肝功能以及肝纤维化相关指标如PGA指数、肝纤3项(HA、LN、CIV)和肝血流
动力学变化。结果：两组均能明显改善患者临床症状，但以治疗组为优(P<0．01)；治疗组患者ALT、AST、一GT、
TBil和肝纤3项、PGA指数均明显降低，且显著优于对照组(P<0．01或0．05)；同时彩色多谱勒显示治疗组患者门、
脾静脉内径、血流量值皆明显下降(P<0．01)。结论：肝苏颗粒能较好地改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者临床症状，
具有降酶、退黄、促进肝功能恢复作用，且对阻断及逆转肝纤维化进程有一定疗效。
