16小学课堂教学有效师生互动的研究摘要课堂师生互动是师生在课堂教学情境下通过教学信息和思想的交流与碰撞发生的思维、情感、心理以及行为上的相互影响与作用。有效的师生互动的核心目的在于促进学生的身心全面发展，其相关特征是公平性、主体性、实效性、情感性。本文阐述了师生互动的内涵及其理论机理，分析了正确运用师生互动对在教学活动中人才培养的效果产生的作用与影响。然而，当前小学教学中师生互动存在着一些问题与不足，例如教学模式还偏向于以教师为主的传统教学模式；课堂上的互动模式还过于单一，大多是师生间的单向性互动，少了平行的成员互动；教学内容也有些偏颇，大多是认知互动，却很少关注情意互动。文中就这些问题进行了一些实践调查，并给出了一些能够在今后的教学中采取的相关策略。师生互动是现代教学的需要，运用师生互动教学具有重要的现实意义。落实以学生为中心的理念，采用恰当的提问方式，重视课堂讨论，以充分发挥师生互动对小学数学课堂教学效果的促进作用。关键词：小学课堂；师生互动；有效教学ThestudyofeffectiveinteractionbetweenteacherandstudentinelementaryschoolclassroomAbstractClassroominteractionisainfluenceandeffectbetweenthoughts,emotions,psychologyandbehaviorthroughteachinginformationandideaswhentheteachersandstudentsareintheclassroomteachingsituation.Thecoreofeffectiveteacherandstudentinteractionisaimedatpromotetheall-rounddevelopmentofstudents'bodyandmind,itsrelevantfeaturesisFairness,subjectivity,effectivenessandemotion.Thisarticleisnotonlyexpoundstheconnotationandtheoreticalmechanismofinteractionbetweenteachersandstudents,butalsoanalyzestheeffectandeffectofusingteachersandstudents'interactionontheeffectoftalentcultivationinteachingactivities.Howevertherearesomeinsufficientinprimaryschoolteaching,suchastheteachingmodelisalsobiasedtowardsthetraditionalteachingmodeofteachers,theinteractionpatternsintheclassroomaretoosimple,theteachingcontentisalsobiased.Therearesomeinvestigationsarecarriedoutinthisarticleandsomestrategiesforthefutureteachingaregiven.Theinteractionbetweenteachersandstudentsistheneedofmodernteachinganditisofgreatpracticalsignificancetousetheteacher-studentinteractionteaching.Weshouldimplementtheideaofstudentsasthecenter,useappropriatequestions,focusontheclassdiscussioninordertopromotetheeffectofteachersandstudentsinteractionontheeffectofelementaryschoolmathematicsclassroomteaching.KeyWords:Interactionbetweenteachersandstudents；ClassroomTeaching；Promotingeffect目录摘要-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1Abstract-----------------------------------------
